Session booking

To secure your session time, a 50% deposit is payable when you book IRINA PISAR Photography.

This applies to all indoor and outdoor family and commercial sessions.

$100 from your holding deposit will NOT be refunded if you:

– Reschedule your session more than once.

– Do not show up for your scheduled session.

– Cancel your original session without rescheduling it first.

– Any cancelation or rescheduling request must be made more than 72 hours from the session day and time.

– IRINA PISAR Photography experiences are valid for 60 days from the date you receive it.

Sales terms and conditions

If you book your session with IRINA PISAR Photography, it will have the following terms and conditions.

We retain the copyright to all imagery and reserve the right to use it for displays, exhibitions or promotional/marketing purposes. Even though the images may be of you or your child, the photographer still owns the copyright to the image. As this is your commission, you can elect to have them not shared publicly, just please advise us in writing.

All imagery you selected from the gallery will go through retouching, smoothing skin and removing non-permanent marks.

Any other requests must be made at the time of your order and specified on the additional form or letter.

Your order will be ready 8 weeks from the day of your photo session.

Failure to Perform

If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness, then the Photographer will return any funds previously paid to the Client.

This limitation on liability also applies in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.

Support

IRINA PISAR Photography keeps client files for up to 1 year after the photography session and is not liable for any claims after this period. All client files will be deleted, and backups will be purged after this period.
